Basement Finishes

For transforming your existing unfinished basement space into your dream basement. Let us help you with the space planning / layout design. Work hand-in-hand with us as we create the design that fits your space, your needs, and your functionality. We will process all permit submission documents, walk you through your basement selection process, and execute the construction process from beginning to end.

Cosmetic Remodel

For projects that don’t require a structural engineer’s analysis of the new plan design. This service provides a hand-in-hand experience from design and space planning, to permit preparation and submissions, selection choices, to construction onset and completion.

Structural Remodel

For your large home remodel dreams that require removing bearing walls and installing beams, or changing/extending your homes roof line, or increasing your homes square footage foot print. We will be with you through each step of the process starting with designing your dream remodel, coordinating with our partnered engineers, submitting all necessary permit documents, and executing your project construction from beginning to end.

The Results

I had the pleasure of working with Jason Chavez for a remodel of two bathrooms and a kitchen and the entire experience was great. Jason was always available to go over plans and any changes I wanted to make. He would follow up in a timely manner with anything that required research. He provided solid guidance on particulars that were new to me and explained things in a respectful and clear manner and has some great design ideas! He works with the same subs on his jobs, so he knows them well, which I also really appreciated. The finished product is beautiful and it makes me smile every time I walk into my home seeing the outcome of Jason’s supervision and his crews’ work! If I do additional remodeling, I will most definitely work with Jason and I have already referred a couple of friends to him!
